From Junction 10 of the M60
Exit at J10 following the signs for the Trafford Centre, which will take you onto Trafford Boulevard. Keep in the left hand lane (right hand lanes go into the Trafford Centre) and you will come to another roundabout, Ellesmere Circle, at which you need to take the second exit onto Ashburton Road West. This is almost a straight line, down past the side of the new B&Q warehouse.
Once you are on Ashburton Road West follow this for approx. ½ a mile. The road bends to the right, then to the left & finally to the right for a second time.
Once the road bends to the right for the second time, Guinness Road will be the first road on your left (next to a café called Johns Diner).
Turn left onto Guinness Road and Guinness Road Trading Estate is the third road on the left. (Approximately 50 yards before the entrance to Guinness Road Trading Estate, there is a large billboard on your right hand side with the Johnson & Johnson name on it and an arrow pointing to where the turning is).

From Junction 9 of the M60
Exit at J9 following the signs for the Trafford Centre, which will take you onto Park Way (A5081) sign-posted Trafford Park.
Stay on Park Way, ignoring signs for the Trafford Centre.
At the end of Park Way, you will come to a roundabout, take the first exit off this onto Ashburton Road West.
Follow Ashburton Road West for approximately a quarter of a mile and eventually you will see Johns Diner on your right.
Turn right at Johns Diner onto Guinness Road and Guinness Road Trading Estate will be the third road on the left.
